Blanket Design.

This is my first blanket design and I wanted to keep it something simple and beautiful. Ever since Pradhan Embroidery Stores launched the bulky weight Chenille Yarn, my mind has been flooded with designs using that yarn. The yarn is super soft and squishy, making it perfect for cozy blanket designs. And the bulky weight makes it a very quick make!

I have been seeing Fair Isle patterns in knitting quite a lot nowadays and am totally mesmerised with it! So, ofcourse I had to make a Fair isle fade design pattern. It was quite challenging at first, in terms of planning the colours and deciding the fade rows. A lot of frogging ensued, but in the end, I achieved the result I wanted and it has come out more gorgeous than what I had expected!

  1. Wonderful.😍😍
Even I love fair isle patterns, but I can’t knit. So this is a perfect pattern for me. I have some chenille yarn. Will definitely try this.
